To acheive the carefree ombre` hair look all you need is:
-hair lightener($1) + developer (1.29)
-mix in 1 part lightening powder + 2 parts developer
Directions:
-Divide your hair down the center of your head
-Grab horizontal sections and paint starting from the bottom working your way up. I go up about 2-3 inches. -You can go up more.
-I folllow a pattern painting from lowest then going higher as I get towards the frontal section.
-Wash after desire color is achieve. You can use a toner if you like.
I already have left over developer so it only cost me a buck to do my hair!
